BU | Byron Bay Getaway June 2025

This getaway is a great and affordable way to explore more of Australia in your study break. Kayak with dolphins, learn to surf and relax in the iconic beach town of Byron Bay. This trip includes:

• Transport to Byron Bay on overnight bus

• 2 nights accommodation in Byron Bay

Itinerary

• Friday: Take the overnight bus to Byron at 6.45PM from Sydney Central Station and start your journey north with your fellow students.

• Saturday: At around 8.45AM you arrive in Byron! After a relaxing morning, you will spend the afternoon searching for dolphins and sea turtles whilst you kayak on the ocean.

• Sunday: You're in Australia, so surfing MUST be on the bucket list. There aren't many places as iconic as Byron Bay to surf and today you're going to start your surfing journey. The afternoon is free.

• Monday: Today is check-out day and you will be making your own way to the airport to catch your flight back to Sydney. If you have some spare time in the morning, you can decide to book a skydive or simply go for another cheeky swim in the ocean or catch sunrise at the lighthouse.
